How to claim your voucher if you complete the survey online

After completing the online survey, you will be provided with instructions on how to claim your £10 voucher. A unique link to the voucher website (pre-filled with your voucher code) will be shown on screen, and you can click on the link to go straight there. The gift vouchers are provided by Merit Incentives.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Voucher code: At the end of the survey, you will receive a unique voucher code reference and instructions on how to claim your voucher. If you have provided an email address, this information will also be sent to you within 48 hours. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within this time frame.
    However, if you prefer not to share your email address, note down your voucher code and the Merit website address for future use.
  2. Choose your voucher: Once you have your voucher code, visit the Merit Incentives website and enter your voucher code to access the site (this will be prepopulated if you use the unique link provided at the end of the survey and in the email). You can then select your preferred voucher from the list of retailers (see below for the list of available vouchers).
  3. Provide your email address: You will then be asked to provide an email address so the voucher can be emailed to you. Once you have entered your email address, please click “redeem now” and confirm on the next screen.
    If for any reason you are struggling to use your e-voucher, please get in touch using the details below and we will find a solution that enables you to receive a voucher.
  4. Receive your voucher: Once you have redeemed the voucher it will be sent to you by email. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox within 72 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. Once you have ordered your voucher and clicked “Redeem Now”, your Merit balance will show as £0. Navigate to the “My Wallet” page and you should see your chosen retail voucher which now holds the balance of £10. You can click on it to see the full details.

How to claim your voucher if you complete the survey on paper

If you complete the survey on paper,

  1. You will receive a Love2shop voucher by post within 21 working days of receipt of your survey
  2. This can be spent in several restaurants and retailers
